We truly appreciate you sharing your creativity and unique perspective with us – your content brings our stories to life, inspires others, and highlights the special moments in places that matter.
By granting permission (whether by responding affirmatively to a request from us or our representatives on social media, or by otherwise clearly indicating your agreement for SavePubs to use your Content), you authorise the use of the specified Content and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Terms
In these terms, “Content” means the photo/video/audio you shared (including any text or caption you posted with it), and related details such as when and where it was created, your username, and links to your social media profile.
You grant SavePubs.com (and, where needed, its contractors, partners, representatives or service providers) permission to use the Content under the following purpose:
– The permission is non-exclusive (you can still use the Content yourself).
– Permission can be withdrawn at any time.
– It is royalty-free (no payment is owed)
– It applies worldwide.
SavePubs.com may use the Content for any lawful purpose, including:
Sharing it on SavePub’s own or third-party websites, digital platforms, social media, and printed materials, including publications and channels created, managed, or curated by SavePubs.
By agreeing, you confirm that you represent, warrant and undertake that the following are true:
You own the content or rights, and grant permission to allow us to use the content as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Using the Content will not break anyone else’s rights (including copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other legal rights), nor require payment or compensation to any party, or break any laws.
The Content does not include anything illegal, offensive, defamatory, inappropriate or unlawful, and it does not invade anyone’s privacy, break confidentiality or breach legislation.
The Content does not break, or risk being in breach of, any UK law or legal obligation.
The Content is genuine, accurate, and not misleading.
You are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.
The Content can be used by us across any format, channels or media (for example, online, social media or print).
The rights you give SavePubs are non-exclusive, so you retain all rights and can still use the Content yourself. We will not pay any compensation or royalties to you or third parties for use of the Content.
Use is at our discretion and we are not obliged to use your Content or in any particular way.
You agree that you cannot review, approve, or object to SavePubs’s use of your content, advertising copy, or to be identified as the author/creator of the Content.
SavePubs can use your Content indefinitely, unless you decide to cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing legal@savepubs.com.
After cancellation, we will stop using your Content for new posts. Existing posts may still be visible, and we may keep a copy of your Content for up to 2 years.
You agree to fully indemnify SavePubs (including its contractors, partners, representatives or service providers) from any costs, claims, liabilities, loses, damage, expenses and legal fees, as a result of any breach or failure by you to comply with these terms and conditions.
Privacy
The Content may include information about you or other people that counts as personal data under the law.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to SavePubs using and processing this personal data for the purposes described in these Terms.
If the Content includes personal data about anyone else, you confirm that you have their consent for SavePubs to use and process.
SavePubs will handle any personal data in the Content or provided to us according to all relevant data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
You understand that the personal data you provide will be stored and processed following this Privacy Policy, and that it may need to be shared with relevant third parties, including SavePubs’s contractors, partners, representatives or service providers.
